Create groups of existing users through the import function


This is an action you can take if you have already imported or invited users to Loops but failed to sort them into groups on the way in. You need the email addresses used in Loops and a group membership to solve the problem.


Click on your school's name in the top list, go to Participant Administration and Overview. Click Import Participants, even if that's not what you intend to do. Download our import template if you do not already have it. Then fill in the fields with e-mail and group. Upload the template to Loops in excel format, then click on Import participants. Now your participants will magically end up in the groups you assigned to them. It may take a while, just like the import so be a bit patient.
