Go to edit mode of the loop and unfold the node where you want your picture. Put the marker where you want the picture to end up. Click the icon marked in the illustration below and choose a picture from your computer. Edit the size of the picture by clicking on it and pulling the edge. Choose if you want to place the picture to the right, to the left or in the middle. Write text next to it if you want.
