Resend an invitation

If you have invited students or teachers to Loops via e-mail, you will see a green envelope in the list beside their email address until they have responded to the invitation by creating an account. You also see the date that you sent the invitation to them.

Sometimes emails are lost or end up in the spam and then it can be good to have the opportunity to resend an invitation to the same person. It will be a reminder of your invitation, and provide the same opportunity to create a Loops account as your first email. If you choose to resend the invitation, the date in the list changes.

If you discover that the e-mail you used earlier is incorrect, you will instead delete your invitation and re-invite the person with the correct e-mail address.

Go to your school’s name in the top list and then to Participant Administration, select Students or Teachers to access the list of invitations you that want.
